Understanding Others

Understanding how others communicate will lessen the struggle in business development. Learn various customer types using DiSC personality assessments and understand how to ask for communication preferences so you can speak their language and build rapport. This will help you develop the confidence to ask for the sale in conversations. Additionally, you will learn how to have empowered conversations with your leaders and ask for what you need.

Tracking Your Success

To track success, you first need to know which activities will create the biggest returns, like follow through and follow up. Then, learn how to create and track KPIs to gauge progress and work with greater flow and ease. Lastly, learn to celebrate your wins.
